Lectratek was featured in a Dayton Business Journal article titled, “Dayton-area startup Lectratek plays long game in e-aviation market.” Andy Cothrel, vice president of corporate strategy at Lectratek, says they are creating technologies that will make e-aircraft fly further and quieter, carry more weight and with a cost savings.
Lectratek is a Tier 1 supplier for the e-aviation industry. While hundreds of companies have cropped up in the e-aviation market in the last three years, only a few will survive in the long term. Lectratek hopes to become a supplier to them all.
Lectratek utilizes CRG’s robust research and development efforts with the Department of Defense and NASA and is just one of several spinoffs from CRG, a longtime aerospace and defense contractor in Miamisburg.
